Requirements for Applicants
- Submit course outline and duration.
- Provide trainer qualifications & experience documents.
- Show proof of facilities and equipment standards.
- Submit at least 3 sample student feedback forms from past trainings.
- Pay the accreditation fee (see below).
- Agree to annual re-accreditation review.

Fees
- Initial Accreditation Fee: PKR 65,000
- Annual Renewal Fee: PKR 45,000 (Includes all deliverables, promotion, and annual review)

Application Process
- Fill in the Accreditation Application Form (provided by THA).
- Submit required documents & fee.
- THA Review Committee evaluates materials within 14 working days.
- If approved, the partner receives the Accreditation Certificate & Badge.
- Listing goes live on THA’s website.

Terms & Conditions
The Hijama Academy – National “Find a Therapist” Network
By applying for and purchasing a membership to The Hijama Academy’s Therapist Directory, you agree to the following terms and conditions.1. Eligibility Criteria
- You must be a certified Hijama therapist (certificate required).
- You must follow Islamic values, professional ethics, and proper hygiene protocols in your practice.
- Only clean, respectful, and medically safe setups will be allowed.
- We reserve the right to request further proof of qualifications, identity, or practice setup.
2. Membership Tiers & Validity
- Standard Membership: Rs. 2,500 PKR for 6 months
- Extended Membership: Rs. 4,500 PKR for 12 months
- Free Elite Membership: Available to students certified by The Hijama Academy, valid for 12 months Membership begins upon approval and profile listing, not on the day of payment.
3. What’s Included
All accepted members will receive:- A public profile on our official therapist directory
- Listing with name, photo, services, city, WhatsApp/contact
- “Verified Therapist” badge (for eligible applicants)
- Access to optional business tips & private support group
4. Verification & Approval
- All applications are subject to review and approval by The Hijama Academy team.
- We may reject any application without explanation if it does not meet our ethical, safety, or professional standards.
- Listing is not guaranteed until officially approved and published.
5. Conduct & Listing Standards
- Members must not misrepresent qualifications, experience, or results.
- We do not allow:
- Inappropriate profile pictures
- False or misleading service claims
- Dangerous or untrained practices (e.g., bloodletting without knowledge)
- Profiles must maintain modesty and Islamic professionalism. Violations may result in removal from the directory without refund.
6. Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued after profile listing is published.
- If your application is rejected before listing, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
7. Updates & Renewal
- Members may request updates to their profile during the membership period (e.g., phone number or service changes).
- You will be notified before your membership expires for renewal.
- Renewals are optional and priced according to the current fee at the time.
8. Free Membership for Hijama Academy Graduates
- Students certified by The Hijama Academy are entitled to 1-year free membership, pending successful application.
- The free listing has the same benefits as paid plans.
- After 1 year, students must renew at the standard rate if they wish to remain listed.
9. Media Use & Promotion
- The Hijama Academy may use your name, city, and basic listing in promotional materials or social media to help clients find you.
- No personal data (e.g., CNIC, home address) will ever be published or shared publicly.
10. Right to Modify or Cancel
- The Hijama Academy reserves the right to:
- Remove a listing if standards are violated
- Modify these terms with prior notice
- Pause or discontinue the directory service in rare cases (with refund for remaining time if applicable)
