The Hijama Academy – Face-to-Face Hijama Certification Course
By registering for the Hijama Certification Course at The Hijama Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before enrollment.
1. Course Registration & Payment
Full course fee: Rs. 65,000 PKR
A minimum deposit of Rs. 10,000 is required to reserve your seat.
Remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the first day of the course.
Payment methods: Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa (details will be shared upon registration).
Fees are non-refundable once the course has started.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the course start date for a partial refund (deposit is non-refundable).
No refunds will be given for:
No-shows
Late arrivals beyond 2 hours
Failure to complete the course
If The Hijama Academy cancels or reschedules the course, students may choose to:
Receive a full refund, or
Transfer to the next available batch
3. Attendance & Completion
Students must attend all 3 days of training to qualify for certification.
Punctuality is essential. Repeated late arrivals may lead to dismissal without refund.
Practical and written assessments may be required to receive your certificate.
4. Code of Conduct
Students must maintain respectful and professional behavior toward instructors, staff, and fellow students.
Disruptive behavior, abuse, or misconduct may result in immediate removal from the course without refund.
Mobile phones should be kept on silent mode during sessions.
5. Dress Code
Modest, clean, and professional attire is required.
Female students are requested to wear appropriate hijab and loose clothing for hands-on practice.
Lab coats (if provided) must be worn during practical sessions.
6. Certificate
A Professional Hijama Therapist Certificate will be awarded only upon:
Full attendance
Successful completion of practical training
Compliance with hygiene and safety protocols
7. Use of Course Content
All course materials (slides, videos, documents, etc.) are the intellectual property of The Hijama Academy.
Sharing, reproducing, or teaching the material without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Health & Safety
Students must notify the instructor in advance of any medical conditions, pregnancy, or limitations that may affect participation.
Hygiene, disinfection, and blood handling protocols must be strictly followed.
Students agree to practice cupping therapy only within the scope of what is taught and certified.
9. Media & Photography
Photos and videos may be taken during the course for training and promotional purposes.
If you wish not to appear in any media, kindly inform us in writing before the course begins.
10. Post-Course Support
Graduates will receive limited lifetime guidance via WhatsApp or email.
Ongoing mentorship does not include re-training or full re-attendance of future courses.
